YUT2800 Series Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

The YUT28 series ultrasonic flaw detector is an upgraded version of the YUT26 series flaw detector. Compared with the YUT26 series instruments, it has added a square wave function, which allows for more accurate identification of subtle defects in metals and welds.     Full-screen display function: Allows the echo display area to cover the entire screen, providing a comfortable viewing experience for the operator.
    Large-capacity storage: Can store up to 1000 datasets, including waveforms, curves, and parameters (including the traditional 1000 channels).
    Measurement Point: Peak or leading edge of the echo within the gate.
    Echo-Echo Thickness Measurement: Eliminates zero-point calibration and can directly measure the net thickness of the base material through the coating.
    Peak Memory: Real-time envelope displays the highest peak of the defect. Records the maximum value of the defect, which helps in defect location and quick scanning. It can also help in defect characterization with the help of the envelope waveform.
    Automatic Gain: Automatically adjusts the gain to the set wave amplitude height.
    Alarm Function: Incoming wave/lost wave alarm.
    Solid Waveform Display: Increases waveform visual contrast, making quick scanning less prone to omissions.
    Real-time Clock: Automatically records the date and time of the stored waveforms.
    Display Freeze: Capture waveforms and acoustic path data at any time, and move the gate to measure echo parameters after freezing.
    Defect Location: Real-time display of acoustic path S, horizontal X, depth Y, and wave height H.
    Defect Quantification: dB difference and SL quantitative values are displayed in real time.
    Digital Suppression: 0-80%, incremented by 1%, without affecting linearity and gain.
    A, B Gates: Two independent measurement gates monitor echo amplitude and acoustic path distance.

    AVG Curve: Complete AVG (2620 and 2820 only) curve function, the curve changes with gain, sound range, and displacement.
    Distance Compensation: According to the time-varying gain method, real-time compensation of flaw detection echo is performed to avoid missing small defects (2620 and 2820 only).
    Φ Value Calculation: Automatically converts the height of the defect echo into the equivalent size of the defect (2620 and 2820 only).
